Job Summary
Coordinate set-up of prep stations and execute food production for Texas Tech home football games, adhering to daily function sheets and Executive Chef directives. Prepare, store, and present all food items while maintaining strict Health Department standards and personal hygiene. Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and waste zones. Maintain safe working habits and multi-task at an efficient pace during game days. This seasonal role runs from August 24 to November 30, 2026, with an hourly rate of $13.00–$18.00.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Health & Sanitation Card
- Ability to communicate and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to squat/kneel, reach, grasp, push/pull, and twist/bend
- Ability to lift and/or carry heavy objects frequently
- Works all Texas Tech home football games
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary training is preferred
