Job Summary
Execute in-arena game presentation activities including promotions, anthems, color guard, ceremonies, intermission entertainment, mascot duties, and special events outside game nights. Greet all members and guests as they enter and exit the arena, answer fan questions professionally, and distribute promotional items and giveaways. Work as a team to implement game day elements, participate in pre-game preparation and post-game duties, and assist other departments with initiatives. Represent the IceHogs brand positively while interacting with fans with and without the team mascot. Commit to the full 2026-27 season, including preseason meetings, training, and all 36 regular-season home games and playoffs from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Must be able to commit to the entire Rockford IceHogs 2026-27 season including attending preseason meetings and training sessions, working all 36 regular-season home games and playoff games
- Availability for game days from 3:00pm - 10:00pm is a must
- Must be able to commit to be available AT LEAST 75% of the season
- Must have excellent teamwork skills and exhibit a willingness to help your co-workers succeed
- Must possess strong communication skills, an outgoing and positive attitude, and enjoy interaction with fans
- Should exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports industry
- Should be comfortable interacting with and being around a large group of people
