Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the Data & Analytics vision and roadmap, steering a cross-functional team to deliver data products supporting analytics and business intelligence. Become the subject matter expert for a key business domain and its integration with the centralized enterprise data platform. Support strategic thinking on prioritizing data migration efforts from legacy environments into the enterprise data platform while serving as a steward of critical operational and business data assets. Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, prioritizing and maintaining the backlog, refining roadmaps, planning sprints, and identifying opportunities and risks. Provide hands-on leadership by facilitating design sessions, clarifying requirements, and driving decision-making to balance short-term benefits with long-term strategic objectives. Partner with engineering leaders to ensure scalable, repeatable, and well-governed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Team Lead capacity
- 5+ years of experience leading the development of data products, cloud data platforms, data lakes, or data warehouses
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products that enable business and stakeholder use cases
- Strong experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
