Job Summary

Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the Data & Analytics vision and roadmap while steering a cross-functional team to deliver data products supporting analytics and business intelligence. Become the subject matter expert for a key business domain and its integration with the organization's central data platform, serving as a steward of critical operational assets. Support strategic prioritization of data migration efforts from legacy environments into the enterprise data platform and advocate for scalable, repeatable, and well-governed solutions. Work in an Agile environment to continuously review business needs, maintain the backlog, refine roadmaps, and plan sprints. Provide hands-on leadership by facilitating design sessions, clarifying requirements, and balancing short-term benefits with long-term strategic objectives. Partner with engineering leaders to ensure foundational platform capabilities drive scalability and resiliency. Build a culture of learning and high performance by assigning tasks based on team members' skills and development goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Team Lead capacity
  • 5+ years of experience leading the development of data products, cloud data platforms, data lakes, or data warehouses
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful products that enable business and stakeholder use cases
  • Strong experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
