Serve as the head Game Changer Operator for your assigned field during the Ripken National Qualifier event from April 10-12, 2026. Input lineups for both teams and manage game play, outcomes, and lineup changes while ensuring accurate scores, counts, and play results. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide extraordinary customer service to participants in a fast-paced tournament environment. Adhere to Ripken values and brand standards while demonstrating initiative to champion the organization's reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Game Changer experience
- Ability and willingness to physically perform all job responsibilities
- Availability and ability for on-site work in Aberdeen, MD
- Ability to work all dates and times
- Ability to endure potential exposure to extreme heat or cold while working
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience within the sports sector
