Monitor bird health, reporting any changes to leadership, and strictly adhere to biosafety, safety, and quality standards. Support other operational activities as directed. Work shifts include 07:00/17:00, 05:00/14:20, or 11:20/20:40 on a 6x1 rotation with flexible scheduling.
