Job Summary
New York-based Gallery Events Manager to focus on hosting daily investor events (approximately 50 RSVPs per day) and manage gallery operations. Responsibilities include curating and hosting seamless, interactive events, acting as on-site art expert for Masterworks’ financial advisors and visitors, scheduling follow-ups for attendees, opening/closing the gallery, coordinating with the Collections Manager on shipping and installations, and supervising security and housekeeping. Must possess a sales-oriented personality, genuine interest in art history/markets, excellent verbal and written communication, and prior art-gallery events experience. Bachelor's degree required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm; location: Upper East Side gallery; compensation: $65,000–$70,000.
