Welcome and engage residents living in Gallery Apartments, their families, and guests. Respond to special requests including light shopping, errands, mail retrieval, and securing reservations or event tickets. Arrange and serve continental breakfast, snacks, and beverages to residents and guests. Promote community programs and events while coordinating with departments to confirm care, maintenance, and dining needs are met efficiently. This role supports Brightview Senior Living's mission to deliver top-notch services and prioritize resident well-being within a supportive, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
