Job Summary

Region Sales Director for APAC responsible for originating sales, owning customer relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and driving the regional sales strategy across GaffneyCline energy advisory. Develop and execute sales plans, identify opportunities, promote value propositions to new and existing customers, and collaborate with Global HQ and OFSE teams. Lead with early engagement and Must-Win opportunities, set regional sales targets, and coordinate across technology, engineering, quality, HSE, legal, and finance to tailor offers. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in subsurface disciplines or Petroleum Engineering, 10+ years in business operations with leadership experience, strong stakeholder influence, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of regional languages. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in subsurface disciplines or Petroleum Engineering
  • minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations
  • experience in a leadership role directly and indirectly managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • ability to work with and influence stakeholders
  • strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of regional languages
