GAAP and financial Accounting Manager - Remote

Maintain development cost ledgers, project accounting records, and track sources and uses of funds. Prepare financial schedules, supporting documentation, variance analyses, and reports while reconciling expenditures to budgets and financing sources. Assist with project draw requests, funding requisitions, and investor, lender, and auditor requests. Support preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules in alignment with GAAP and financial reporting standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum five years of experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP. Remote position.
