Job Summary
Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for client websites, analysing data to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities. Create custom reports, explorations, and dashboards to track performance while collaborating with developers to implement tagging, data layers, and API integrations. Utilize event tracking, segmentation, and audiences for detailed customer journey analysis, delivering actionable insights for website optimisation and user experience enhancement. Flexible working hours accommodate school schedules, and freelancers are welcome to join the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience in analysing website data and providing insights to improve website performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail
- Experience in working with data layers and API integrations
