Job Summary
Implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten success while fostering relationships that create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, and welcome families to engage in conversations about their child's education and development. Work as part of a supportive team to nurture young minds, with a Monday-Friday schedule and paid time off accruing from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Georgia Certified Teacher
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field
- Passion for working with young children
