Job Summary
Implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten success. Foster relationships with students and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities. Welcome families and engage them in conversations about their child's education and development. Work as part of a supportive team while helping young minds thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children
- Minimum of CDA/TCC required
- At least 18-years-old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in licensed childcare
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
