Job Summary
Conduct property preservation services including lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction support. Perform inspections, bid preparation, and rehab projects as assigned. Handle specialized trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mold remediation, and pest control for foreclosed and rehab properties. Submit bids and reports while maintaining honest, timely results. Must own vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone. Licensed professionals and general contractors welcome.
