Job Summary
Maintain, validate, and govern accounting for customers, vendors, and materials to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across business systems. Coordinate the timely recording of financial transactions, including ledger entries and journal postings, while performing reconciliations and validating data against defined standards. Support preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry. Work 3pm to 12am shifts across time zones, collaborating with site managers and partners to drive balance sheet and P&L activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting
- English language competency
- Open to work in all time zones/ shifts including US
