Job Summary
As Store Manager, LOFT: you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store, drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. You will hire and develop the store team, coach associates to leverage the brand’s behaviors to create genuine customer connections, ensure an omnichannel shopping experience, manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, and oversee budgeting, payroll, and reporting to meet store goals. You will foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged, promote in-store community events and partnerships, and use tools and reporting to drive strategic retail plans. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, technology proficiency with POS systems, and a hospitality mindset are emphasized, along with the ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
