Job Summary
Lead technical presales for PSU and Enterprise BFSI accounts across the North region by designing end-to-end solutions in Data Center, Routing, Campus Networking, and Security domains. Support sales teams in qualifying new business, leading customer presentations, workshops, and demonstrations, and developing competitive technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and government tenders. Build solution proposals, BOMs, and architectures while maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, and system integrators to drive specification positioning. Collaborate internally on solution development and proactively address technical challenges and risks. Work hybrid, two days per week from the HPE office, with a focus on large PSU and BFSI opportunities requiring strong consultative selling and solutioning capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise across Data Center, Routing, Campus Networking, and Security solutions
- Ability to engage customers, consultants, and partners in driving solution-led sales opportunities

- Experience working closely with channel partners and system integrators
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline

- CCNP Enterprise / CCIE
- Security Certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.)
- Data Center Certifications
- PSU-related technical certifications and compliance awareness
- Relevant OEM certifications in networking, security, and data center technologies
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) experience
- Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) experience
- Large Enterprise Accounts experience
- System Integrators and Networking/Security OEMs experience
