Job Summary
Elite Athlete Program at PwC Australia offering flexible, paid work experience aligned with training and competition schedules. Over a minimum 12-week placement, you’ll gain business experience, mentorship, and a transition plan for life after sport. Opportunities span business areas including Accounting, Assurance & Audit, Actuarial, Consulting, Deals, Risk, Tax & Legal, Technology & AI. The program targets students currently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, who are Australian/NZ citizens or permanent residents, and actively competing in sport. Applicants must secure the required Australian work rights independently; PwC cannot sponsor visas or permanent residency. Required Qualifications
- Currently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian Permanent Residency
- Actively competing for a state or national sporting organisation (SSO or NSO)
- PwC Australia cannot sponsor work visas or permanent residency for this program; must secure work rights independently before starting
