Job Summary
Deliver Cosmetology coursework to enrolled students during day and evening sessions. Provide lecture and demonstrative instruction while observing, recognizing, and interpreting student progress to evaluate learning outcomes. Apply leadership ability and reasoning skills to maintain excellent oral and written communication with students and colleagues. Maintain reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance throughout the Monday through Friday work period. Current substitutes do not need to reapply, though orientation is required for all substitute instructors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Oklahoma State Cosmetology Master Instructor License
- Leadership ability
- Lecture and demonstrative skills
- Reasoning ability
- Ability to instruct
- Ability to observe, recognize, and interpret
- Ability to evaluate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Satisfactory personal conduct and integrity
