Job Summary
Prepare weekly and bi-weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Support administrative processes for PMO publication and research activities, including documenting SOPs, workflows, and user guides. Assist in creating presentation materials, meeting notes, and tracking action items. Regularly update the team's SharePoint site to maintain current resources and documents. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing sessions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Generative AI tools is required. Proficiency in data visualization and strong English writing skills are essential. This 6-month internship supports internal firm services and knowledge management across PwC Indonesia.
