Job Summary
FX Sales Director responsible for originating new FX business targeting international clients in Latvia, selling cash management, FX hedging and payment products. Build and nurture long-term, high-value client relationships, understand clients’ treasury and budgeting needs, and translate them into Ebury solutions. Role emphasizes strategic sales planning, high-performance collaboration, and a strong commission-driven environment. Key duties include leveraging Salesforce for customer activity, maintaining quality customer service, and achieving targets with a focus on senior-level engagements, including C-suite discussions. Requires proven FX sales success, ability to craft and deploy sales strategies, and fluency in Latvian and English.
Required Qualifications
