Job Summary
FWSP Technical Assistant in the Library Innovation Studio supports daily operations, assists users with equipment (3D prints, VR, Cricut, printers, laser cutter, hand tools), answers questions, troubleshoots basic issues, processes 3D print submissions, oversees print jobs, serves as a Studio ambassador, and covers supervision in staff absence. Requires welcome and supportive interaction with a diverse campus community, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings/weekends; enrollment must meet FWSP eligibility (half-time or as required for FWSP) with ability to upload resume and cover letter and provide three references.
