Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee PeoplesBank’s Cash Management function, delivering depository and cash management solutions to business clients. Lead both sales and service teams to grow deposit products, fee income, and customer retention while ensuring exceptional operational excellence. Collaborate with Commercial, Business Banking, and Retail to enhance products and services, identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Build a high-performing team through coaching and development, ensuring continued delivery of superior customer service. Strong knowledge of cash management products, banking operations, and market trends is essential to drive profitability and client success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum five years’ sales experience in Financial Services Leadership
- Sales experience required
- 5 to 7 years sales management experience with strong and demonstrated management skills
- Strong knowledge of bank commercial deposit and cash management products
- Strong knowledge of bank operations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
