Job Summary
Sales trader the Futures & Options Execution Sales team to execute listed futures and options trades and service institutional clients globally. You will follow client instructions to execute orders, provide market information, and monitor electronic trading flows, while rotating across China market hours. The role involves leading juniors on day-to-day desk activities, identifying revenue opportunities, and delivering timely feedback to the desk head. Requires Chinese and English fluency, Futures Qualification Certificate, 7+ years of desk dealer experience, institutional-client servicing, Bloomberg familiarity, and FIX connectivity. Bachelor degree or higher expected.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Hold Futures Qualification Certificate
- Minimum 7 years of desk dealer experience
- Experience servicing institutional clients
- Strong domain knowledge of futures & options market
- Experience maintaining customer relationships
- Bachelor degree or above
