Job Summary
Provide informational services and guidance to high school students and parents/guardians; assist students in achieving educational and career objectives. Supports students and families with college, career, trade school, military, scholarship, financial aid, testing, and post-secondary transition planning. Describe duties include outreach and support across college and career pathways, with emphasis on bilingual communication and data-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with students in a secondary school atmosphere
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to work effectively with data
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, or similar software
- Ability to organize and budget time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English
