Job Summary
SR&ED Consultant pipeline role across Canada with Ayming in Canada. Responsibilities include evaluating client projects for SR&ED tax incentive program, planning and executing SR&ED claims, interviewing technical personnel, structuring projects to government criteria, preparing technical reports for eligible expenditures, advising clients on claims under CRA review, and identifying opportunities to introduce Ayming funding programs and cost-saving services. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields, prior consulting experience, strong client-relations skills, and English proficiency. The role offers flexibility with up to 100 remote days per year and a hybrid work arrangement in major Canadian offices (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, robotics, automation, mechanical engineering, chemistry or other similar fields
- Prior consulting experience (SR&ED experience would be an asset)
- Proven client relationship experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
