Job Summary
The Program Dietitian develops individualized meal plans, conducts nutritional assessments, and leads dietary groups and sessions for a caseload of clients enrolled in Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization programs. Responsibilities include initial dietary assessments, creating meal plans based on data, conducting weekly individual and group sessions under the direction of the Clinical Director, maintaining on-site meal supplies and catering schedules, ensuring food safety protocols, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records. The role requires Wisconsin licensure as a Certified Dietitian, RD registration, and 2+ years of experience in OP/IOP/PHP/RTC settings, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support recovery for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. The program operates across multiple Wisconsin locations (Neenah, Madison, Brookfield) and offers full-time, part-time, per diem, and contract opportunities, with in-network insurance participation and JCAHO accreditation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian
- Licensed as Certified Dietitian in Wisconsin
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
- 2+ years of industry-specific experience in OP/IOP/PHP/RTC programs for mental health care
- Knowledge of eating disorders treatment
- Experience with electronic health records (EMR)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop meal plans and conduct assessments
- Food safety and inventory management
- Clinical terminology and patient-care planning
- Team collaboration with Clinical Director and Nutrition Services leadership
