Job Summary
The Institute for the American Worker (I4AW) invites applicants to its Future of Work Fellowship, a policy-focused training program for the next generation of workforce leaders, advocates, and practitioners. Fellows gain foundational knowledge of workforce and future-of-work policy, develop leadership and policy-change skills, join a national network of peers, explore career pathways in workforce policy, and contribute to worker-centered reform. The Fall 2026 cohort runs Sept 8–Nov 14 with most sessions virtually in the evenings and an in-person DC retreat (Nov 12–14) where travel costs are covered. Apply by Aug 14 for a chance at an interview; early applications encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to apply: professionals in workforce and labor policy; open to government agency leaders and staff (executive or legislative), state legislators, reform advocates, researchers, policy-focused graduate students, and others working to improve outcomes for workers.
