Job Summary
Strategist within the Program Experience Futures team develops and implements comprehensive strategies to enhance program experiences and student outcomes in higher education. Responsibilities include collaborating across departments, researching emerging technologies and pedagogical approaches, analyzing data to drive insights, ensuring ethical and legal compliance, planning and evaluating pilot programs, delivering training for faculty and staff, and establishing KPIs to measure and optimize program effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of strategic planning/program management experience; hybrid work setup in Salt Lake City with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote; proficiency in data analytics, educational technologies, LMS tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
