Future Member Services Representative Opening

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Take prospects on tours, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to management as needed. Complete assigned cleaning areas and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Maintain an upbeat attitude, demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving skills, and ensure punctuality and reliability throughout the shift.
