Job Summary
Future Leaders Program – Marketing Function at PMI (Philip Morris) is a 36-month, two-rotation leadership development program designed for bold professionals to accelerate their leadership across borders. The program exposes participants to PMI’s commercial landscape, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory contexts while delivering impactful, data-driven marketing outcomes. Participants will gain business fluency, own significant projects, and build a global network, with opportunities to present to executive leadership and influence strategic direction. Eligibility includes a Master’s degree in business or related field, at least 6 years of post-graduate experience in a global organization, proficiency in English and local language, legal right to work without sponsorship, willingness to relocate internationally, and demonstrated strengths in portfolio/ brand management, omnichannel strategy, financial acumen, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field
- No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying
- Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship)
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges
- Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments
- Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions
