Job Summary
Manage accounts, build customer relationships, and make real business decisions across four rotating phases covering supply chain, sales, and operations. Own projects, negotiate contracts, and drive growth while reading blueprints, developing quotes, and leading a team. Transition from trainee to Profit Centre Manager by setting strategy, analyzing financials, and managing profitability and people. Relocate within Canada for the 36–48 month program starting August–September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome)
- Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Interest in sales and business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Relocation within Canada
