Job Summary
Manage accounts, build customer relationships, and make real business decisions across four rotating phases covering warehouse operations, procurement, sales, and leadership. Own projects, develop material quotes, and negotiate contracts while guiding a team toward profit center goals. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, analyzing financials, and managing inventory and purchasing strategies. This accelerated, hands-on program prepares recent graduates to lead operations as Profit Centre Managers across Canada, with relocation assistance provided for candidates joining the nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome)
- Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Interest in sales and business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Relocation within Canada to complete their training
