Job Summary
Future Leaders Program provides a 36-month rotation-based leadership development track in Toronto, Ontario, with two high-impact rotations across PMI’s operations. Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field
- No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying
- Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship)
- Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making
