Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as a core member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families. Positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment; opportunities include paid training, fellowship and internship options to accumulate hours, and tuition support for BCBA programs. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be willing to learn, demonstrate patience and compassion, and hold RBT certification before working.
