Job Summary
Manage a targeted portfolio of key accounts, prioritizing high-potential opportunities in AI, Cloud Native, SAP, Edge, and Telco sectors. Forge deep executive relationships from technical buyers to CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor to solve critical C-level dilemmas regarding cost, security, and modernization. Own the full sales lifecycle from initial pitch and complex negotiations through closing and handover to Customer Success. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and the partner ecosystem to co-author account plans and identify cross-selling avenues. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a targeted portfolio of key accounts
- Ability to prioritize accounts with the highest potential for SUSE adoption
- Experience building executive relationships from Technical Buyers to CXO-level Economic and Executive Buyers
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to understand clients' mission-critical goals
- Experience tailoring a precise mix of SUSE solutions to solve client challenges
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact from initial pitch through complex negotiations to closing
- Experience handing over accounts to Customer Success
- Ability to co-author Account Plans with Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Partner Ecosystem
- Experience bundling and delivering comprehensive solutions
- Ability to proactively identify upselling and cross-selling avenues
- Experience monitoring market trends to keep sales strategies highly competitive
