Job Summary
Monitor overall site activity to ensure a safe and secure environment, initiating investigations of security-related incidents. Operate in a professional, business-centered setting by addressing, greeting, and directing all personnel while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies and apply conflict management tactics in stressful situations. You must hold applicable state guard certifications and licenses, with a background in military, law enforcement, or physical security. This role reports directly to the Site Manager within a dynamic environment offering opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience
- Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred
