Job Summary
Monitor overall site activity to ensure a safe and secure environment, initiating investigations of security-related incidents. Address, greet, and direct all personnel while maintaining a professional appearance and clear communication tone. Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies and apply a thorough understanding of client site rules, policies, and procedures. Function in stressful situations with tact and discretion, leveraging experience in people and conflict management. This role reports directly to the Site Manager within a dynamic security environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience
- Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred
