Job Summary
Monitor overall site activity to ensure a safe and secure environment, initiating investigations of security-related incidents and assisting EMS or officials during emergencies. Address, greet, and direct all personnel while maintaining a professional appearance and clear communication tone. Apply thorough knowledge of site rules, policies, and procedures as the primary point of contact for safety and security issues. Report directly to the Site Manager in a business-centered environment where confidentiality and integrity are prioritized. Requires minimum two years of military or law enforcement experience, applicable state guard certifications, and proficiency in iOS, macOS, and PC operating systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience
- Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses
- Proficient in iOS, macOS, PC operating systems on stationary and mobile devices
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.)
