Job Summary
Fusion Center Operations - Vice President leads Global Intelligence programs via the fusion center, overseeing client engagements, events, drills, and performance reporting. Responsible for managing the Fusion Center’s client engagement program, developing presentation materials, dashboards, and artifacts; monitoring incidents and sustaining situational awareness; producing demos and client-facing intelligence products; and communicating with senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in fusion centers, intelligence analysis, security operations, or related roles, along with strong written/verbal communication, risk awareness, experience with data visualization and mapping tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related analytical tools. Strong executive briefing and stakeholder engagement skills, plus familiarity with geopolitics, cyber risk, and threat intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, International Relations, Cyber Security, Communications or related field
- Minium 7 years of experience in fusion centers, intelligence analysis, security operations, or related roles within financial services or government
- Ability to manage programs in a demanding customer environment that may require off-hours responses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and maintain high-level relationships
- Strong understanding of geopolitical, cyber, and operational risk landscapes
- Experience with technical collection platforms, data visualization, and incident management systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and produce actionable intelligence products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ESRI, and other relevant analytical tools
- Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools
