Further Product Tech VB (Day Shift)

Day Shift position handling multiple production tasks: operate moving conveyor belt, manually pack and style/stack product, weigh and pack items, and inspect/grade to remove substandard product. Collaborate with the team to support ongoing development and implementation of team concepts, policies, and best practices; attend team meetings and contribute to cohesive direction and actions. Adhere to Simmons operating systems andLEAN principles, maintain familiarity with quality, security, and office environment policies, and communicate concerns or improvement ideas. Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives. Requires ability to move up to 55 pounds, work in a cold, wet, dusty, and noisy environment, wear required PPE, and participate in a production-focused, in-person hiring process in the Fort Smith/Van Buren, AR area.
