Job Summary
Transport and unload materials in a timely manner using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Perform duties in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces, requiring the ability to reach high and low levels and lift up to 50 pounds. Work the 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed. This location currently does not accept re-hires.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of forklift experience
- 6 months of continuous work history with a single employer
- Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
- Must be able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
- Must be able to flex/grip with wrist/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexion/minute)
