Furniture Technician

Job Summary
Perform complex repairs of furniture in customer homes, stores, and the warehouse as assigned. Install and order necessary parts, ensuring only showroom-quality items are delivered. Maintain organized tools, proper chemical storage per OSHA standards, and facility housekeeping including disposal of boxes and pallets. Report product quality or trend issues to supervisors and rotate through different departments to meet business demands. Complete ongoing training for technology upgrades and execute all tasks assigned by leadership to achieve daily productivity goals. This role supports operations across 130 locations, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude to assemble furniture pieces
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- 3+ years of experience in repairing furniture or/and carpentry
- Basic English Language proficiency
- Must learn and maintain product knowledge
- Must adhere to safety and OSHA protocols
- Must maintain proper storage of chemicals and or hazardous materials per OSHA standards
- Must be authorized to work in the US
