Job Summary
Rooms To Go Furniture Service Technicians visit customers’ homes to evaluate and repair merchandise, including leather, upholstery, and case goods, purchased from Rooms To Go; responsibilities include in-home evaluations and repairs, assisting customers with replacement items, and providing common-sense, customer-focused service with the company vehicle and supplies provided. Prior experience in wood, leather, or upholstery repair is not required but can increase starting salary; a comprehensive benefits package and paid training are offered, with a schedule alternating weeks (Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat).
