Furniture Sales Specialist

Manage and resolve customer concerns or inquiries, providing follow-up to ensure appropriate action is taken and issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction within the department's established Service Level Agreement (SLA). Effectively utilize systems, tools, and processes to gather necessary information from business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders when handling customer inquiries and developing solutions. Work directly with customer requests to identify furniture product requirements, assess needs based on client budgets, project objectives, and workspace requirements, and recommend appropriate furniture and workspace solutions. Collaborate closely with the Furniture Sales team, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to support the development of quotations, product specifications, furniture recommendations, and accurate pricing using Worksheet 2020. This role supports Staples Professional, the contract business-to-business division of Staples, serving companies of 20 or more employees with customized programs and a complete assortment of office products and services.
