Furniture Sales Associate

Promptly recognize internal and external customers and resolve issues with minimal supervision while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. Handle payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines, then follow up with customers in a timely fashion. Maintain accurate records by utilizing available technology and execute clerical service functions including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering. Update and maintain all customer service reports and records as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
