Furniture Builder Plant 19 PM

PM Shift Furniture Builder position at La-Z-Boy in Dayton, TN building upholstered furniture as part of a cell/team. Responsibilities include upholstering components, framing, cushioning, assembly of components into finished units, using staple guns, frame guns, and other air tools, ensuring proper ticketing and packaging, and coordinating workflow in the cell. Requires standing up to 10 hours per day, frequent bending/twisting/reaching, and the ability to push/pull and lift at least 50 lbs. Strong hand skills for gripping, pulling, and tugging; comfort with power tools and a staple-driven process; attention to specifications and workplace safety; and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, physical production environment.
