Job Summary
PM shift production role involving hand-building upholstered furniture in a fast-paced cell. Responsibilities include upholstering, framing, cushion processing, final assembly, packaging, and coordinating workflow within the cell. Requires using staple guns and air tools (drill, hog ring gun, hot glue gun, etc.), applying glue and wax, sealing and quilting units, and applying tickets to finished units. Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per day, bend, twist, reach, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Requires basic reading/writing skills, completion of in-house training, and basic computer skills. Emphasis on teamwork or independent work, adherence to specifications, and safe handling of materials in a manufacturing setting. Required Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties
- Basic reading and writing skills
