Job Summary
AM shift furniture builder role involving hand-building upholstered furniture in a team or independent cell. Responsibilities include assembling components, using staple guns, drills, frame guns, glue, tack strips, and other air tools; padding and upholstering; framing and cushion processes; final assembly and packaging; ensuring unit quality and workflow coordination. Requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with hand tools and basic computer basics. Production environment with daily goals and reliance on Kan Ban. Includes benefits and potential travel per location statements; located in Dayton, TN.
