Job Summary
Conduct in-store and in-home furniture assembly for Nationwide Office supply chain and retail clients, including RTA furniture, TV wall mounts, gas grills, sporting goods, bicycles, and display racks. Assemble products according to written instructions and plan-ograms while carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs. Report client work completions on the same day as service and maintain own tools. Requires reliable transportation and internet access; some travel involved. This part-time, ongoing role supports Fortune 1000 manufacturers and retailers across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Required Qualifications
- Merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly experience
- Ability to assemble products according to written instructions
- Able to read plan-o-grams and perform customized category resets independently
- Able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend and stand for extended periods
- Internet access & active email address
- Reliable transportation, some travel involved
- Have own tools
